New, amazing website alert thanks to one of my girl crushes and her hair and makeup team! Lauren Conrad launched her new website The Beauty Department Tuesday and so far I'm excited. The website gives you step-by-step tutorials on hair and makeup, current trends in both industries, what the girls are obsessing over, what they're inspired by, and a section called this or that which polls readers on their beauty preferences. Looking good thus far and I plan on frequently checking in to learn more!
