I rarely go to Forever 21. Mostly because there isn't one in the 3 shopping areas directly surrounding me. I love to get my jewelry from there though because it's trendy, cheap as rice, and I don't feel guilty if I break or lose the items. SO I made my annual excursion on over to the nearest store this weekend and found some cute things [albeit the majority of what I found was a bust].
