why is it
that I find the PERFECT winter coat when it's friggin 90 degrees outside? Oh and not to mention I don't live in a fashion friendly climate like Los Angeles that allows for multiple layering year round...I live in the south-and at the moment I'm lucky if adding underwear to my outfit doesn't make me pass out from heat exhaustion.
