It's Friday [the 13th], again. I'm not complaining. I can't wait to sleep in, clean, catch up on my dvr [the killing], and just be lazy. I know I sound like I'm pushing 90, but it's the little things in life that keep me going...like waking up, and being able to touch my toes.
This week's eff features the beautiful jewelry from Oia Jules based out of Los Angeles, inspired by the islands of Greece. Her pieces are gorgeous, with the most vibrant, colorful agates. I want to stack all of her bracelets and create some of the most awkward tan lines possible on an arm this summer. These are perfect for every outfit, especially come Summer when you just want one piece and one piece only, so you can breathe. Everything is super reasonable too, so feel free to indulge!

GiGi New York
I stumbled upon GiGi New York's incredibly chic, simple bags and clutches the other day and fell in love. Even though I recently found and purchased a bag, my search is always on-going and these bags definitely fit the bill. I'm a big fan of texture and these have just enough with the solid, embossed python to still be classy and avoid all things related to strippers and/or prostitutes. I prefer python and other snakeskin prints in solid colors, especially brights! The icing on the cake? All the bags can be monogrammed.

traveling fool
I'm back from Seattle and I feel completely out of whack and exhausted. It could be from the annoying couple that sat next to me on my flight back that proceeded to quiz each other on their lives, lay on top of each other [um, you only bought two seats, that's 2, as in you didn't buy my space as well], and talk shiz about Atlanta...on a flight to ATLANTA, which means a good majority of the people around you probably live in ATLANTA. idiots. But let's just blame the weather and travel and my HORRIBLE luck with the people that sit next to me in planes and movies. I have no words and tons of work, so I'll leave you with pictures from my trips [Nashville included, although there's not much].

etsy feature friday
This eff comes to y'all from Seattle [where I am for Easter]. I'll try and post some pictures while I'm here, but there are no guarantees with me and picture taking. The eff this week is Hoops and Hooks, which sells humorous cross stitch creations. If you like random corny humor in life and/or sprinkled throughout your house, you'll call my dad like these. If not, there just here for a Friday giggle sesh. luvumeanit.

Arm Candy
Spring brings bright colors and warmer weather, but the current trend I'm seeing that I can't get enough of is wearing the pops of brights on your arm. Why not make the arm party look like arm candy? These unexpected places for color add so much to an outfit, especially if you are restricted to a [corporate] dress code and can't get away with wearing what one of my co-workers would call a "crazy outfit" [read: anything with color]. There's nothing wrong with keeping the brights isolated on your arm and these options below are quite affordable. With trends and/or things that don't fall under the category of everyday staples, I like to buy multiples of a cheap(ish) version. Juniors departments/stores and cheap accessory shops are usually the best, but these gems are going to be sprouting up all over, so keep your eye out and you'll find a deal!
