If you don't immediately get the HIMYM reference, just ignore it and picture glitter.  Not too much, just as an accent.  It helps dress things up a bit and gives a regular old sandal new life. Target debuted their Lavada sandal awhile ago to good reviews, and I just noticed it looks an awful lot like the Report Ellenton sandal on Piperlime.  Good news?  Yes, because Target's is $16.99 and Report's is $39.50.  Add some sparkle to your wardrobe.  Sandcastles in the sanddddd [ignore again if you are not a HIMYM watcher].
